Submitting a Ticket :

Accessing the Help Center:

Start by navigating to our Help Center at "Help Center URL".

If you're not already logged in, please log in using your credentials. 

·        Browsing for Assistance:

Take a moment to explore our Knowledge Base. You might find answers to your questions without the need to submit a ticket. 

·        Submitting a New Ticket:

If your issue is not resolved through the Knowledge Base, click on the "Add Ticket" button under My Area.

Choose the relevant category or department that best fits your query. 


·        Providing Ticket Details:

Fill in the required fields such as Subject, Description, and any additional information that can help our support team understand your issue better.

Attach relevant files if necessary. 

·        Submit Your Ticket:

After completing the form, click on the "Submit" button to send your ticket to our support team.
