Updating a Ticket :
To update an existing ticket, log in to your account on the Help Center.
· Accessing Your Tickets:
Locate the "My Tickets" section
Here, you'll find a list of all your submitted tickets along with their current status (open, pending, closed, etc.).
· Selecting the Ticket to Update:
Click on the ticket you wish to update to access its details.
· Adding Comments or Attachments:
Find the Comment section where you can add additional information or ask questions regarding the ongoing ticket.
Attach any new files or screenshots that may help in resolving the issue.
· Submitting Updates:
